About the Course

Ultimate Disc is a competitive team sport that has been played in the United States for over 50 years. It is a non-contact passing sport in which two teams attempt to score by throwing a frisbee disc between teammates until they reach an endzone, while the opposite team attempts to block those passes. It's a game that centers teamwork, fairness, and enthusiasm, and I'm very excited to introduce it as an intramural sport at High Meadow School. Players will have a chance to learn the fundamentals of throwing, catching, and making cuts; the rules and structure of the game; and have plenty of time to scrimmage and play against each other. Whether your child is new to the sport or highly experienced, this is a great opportunity to be outside, exercise, learn, and have a lot of fun.
